This website presents WORKSHOP, a service for implementing and configuring online stores using a standardized reusable template, primarily intended for artists, artisans and creators. It also enables visitors to request information, begin the contracting process, access the private client portal, accept documents, make payments, purchase modules or support, and manage project communications.
Contracting
Contracting is completed through the private portal and the relevant project documents, which may include the framework agreement, Scope of Work, quotation and other specific documents. Before payment, clients can review the service, optional extras, price, taxes and applicable terms. Electronic acceptance and payments are recorded and the documents remain available in the portal.
Pricing
Where prices are displayed on this website, it will be indicated whether applicable taxes are included or must be added. The final financial terms of each project will be those stated in the Scope of Work or quotation accepted by the client.
